1. System overview

2. System components

The system adopts all-digital multi-function industrial voice communication system. At the same time, it reserves the interface and protocol for information interaction with other systems.

The main functions of this system are telephone, broadcasting and PA intercom functions, which provide more comprehensive real-time information to help operators to carry out overall operation and improve the intelligence and automation level of control.

The telephone part consists of IP telephone, IP explosion-proof telephone, explosion-proof junction box, IP user unit, dispatching console, softswitch server, network cable, switchboard, system fiber optic cable and so on. The control telephone is mainly set up in places closely related to production, such as some important operation rooms, offices, cabinets, distribution rooms and other manned or frequently inspected positions, the system wiring consists of outdoor trunk wiring and wiring in the building.

The sound reinforcement part is composed of indoor loudspeaker, explosion-proof trumpet loudspeaker, explosion-proof junction box, IP digital power amplifier decoder, centralized power amplifier, cables, network cables, switches, and system fiber optic cables.

Wireless intercom part consists of trunking channel machine, PSTN gateway, outdoor omni-directional glass fiber reinforced plastic antenna, lightning arrester, omni-directional ceiling antenna, digital base station, 4-port fiber optic repeater near-end machine, 5W fiber optic repeater far-end machine, cables, network cables, switches, and system fiber optic cables.

The host cabinet provides third-party systems such as wireless intercom system, fire alarm system and other interconnected communication interfaces.

The system adopts star topology architecture, all the stations are connected to the central switching equipment of the system through the communication fiber, and any damage to the stations or lines will not affect the normal operation of other equipment in the system. Speakers are connected to the system amplifier unit through speaker cables.
