Construction and Installation
1.How do I make interface connections?

B. Grounding wire: the external grounding row of all equipment in the system should be connected to a special pre-buried ground nearby.
Construction sequence and process
1. Construction preparation
Before construction, according to the construction site, should check the drawings of points, phone installation location, phone installation method can meet the emergency telephone requirements.
2.Equipment Installation Requirements
The installation position should be in accordance with the design requirements.
The installation should be smooth and firm, and should be easy to operate and maintain; in order to ensure the signal strength, refuse to transmit through the wall.
3.Waterproof construction attention
(1) system junction box and transfer box installation equipment, should try to avoid the “outlet hole” towards the installation, in order to prevent leakage caused by blocking the dense
In order to prevent leakage due to poor plugging, caused by strong rainwater backflow;
(2) Unused outlet holes must be plugged with special plugs.

(5) After the installation of the flexible pipe, make sure that the interface of the flexible pipe meets the sealing requirements, in order to prevent water seepage into the flexible pipe.
4.Pipe construction requirements
(1) conduit laying should keep the tube clean and dry, the mouth should be protected and blocking measures;
(2) The open wiring pipe should be horizontal and vertical, neatly arranged;
(3) The open wiring pipe should be fixed with pipe card, and the pipe card should be installed firmly; the pipe card should be set in accordance with the following provisions:
(4) In the terminal, elbow at the midpoint of 150mm ~ 500mm range should be set up pipe card;

(13) galvanized steel pipe should be threaded connection, galvanized steel pipe connection should be used for special grounding wire card fixed jumper, jumper cross-section should not be less than 4mm²
(14)Box, box installation requirements
Steel conduit into the box (box) should be a hole in a pipe, pipe and box (box) connection should be used claw-type threaded joint pipe connection, and should be locked, the inner wall should be smooth for easy threading.And should be locked, the inner wall should be clean for threading;
(15)Laying of cables and wires
Self-control cables are laid indoors in cable ducts or through pipes, and outdoors in pre-embedded pipes or along cable trenches;

When the control cable and power supply, power cable laid in the same trough, the middle should be separated by a metal partition; steel cable trunking,
Cable bracket and its fasteners should be hot-dip galvanized and other anti-corrosion treatment.
The terminal cable protection pipe of instrumentation equipment and the cable protection pipe which needs buffering should adopt waterproof and dustproof metal flexible pipe. Electricity
The cable entry point, the end of the conduit, the spare conduit should be blocked. Metal cable trunking and metal conductor protection tube should be reliably grounded.
Bridge installation requirements
1. Anti-corrosion measures should be taken at the cutting and drilling section of the bridge;
2. The bridge should be flat, no twisted deformation, no burr on the inner wall, all kinds of accessories should be installed, the nuts of fasteners should be on the outside of the bridge, the interface of the bridge should be straight and tight, the cover plate should be complete and flat.

3. Compensation devices should be set up at the deformation joints (including settlement joints, expansion joints, seismic joints, etc.) of the building that the bridge passes through to protect the ground wire and the wires in the bridge.

4. Bridge and box, box, cabinet and other connections should be used to hold the foot or flap connection, and should be fixed with screws, the end should be blocked;
5. The distance between the bottom of the horizontal bridge and the ground should not be less than 2.2m, the top from the floor should not be less than 0.3m, and the distance from the beam should not be less than 0.05m, the distance between the bridge and the floor should not be less than 0.3m.
Should not be less than 0.05m, bridge and power cable spacing should not be less than 0.5m;
6. Laying in the shaft and through different fire zones of the bridge and pipeline holes, there should be fire blocking;
7. Elbows, tees and other accessories, it is appropriate to use the finished product produced by the bridge manufacturer, not suitable for on-site processing and production;
8. Metal cable trays and their supports and the introduction or exit of metal cable conduits must be grounded (PE) or connected to zero (PEN)
Reliable, and must comply with the following provisions:
(1) metal cable tray and bracket length should be not less than 2 places and grounding (PE) or zero (PEN) trunk connection;
(2) non-galvanized cable trays connecting the two ends of the board across the wire copper core grounding wire, grounding wire minimum allowable cross-sectional area of not less than

Cable laying
1. Before laying cables, check that the specifications, models and positions are in accordance with the design regulations.
2. The cable should be laid straight and should not be twisted or looped, and should not be squeezed or damaged by external forces.
3. The cable is labeled at both ends before laying to show the beginning and terminal position, and the label is written clearly, correctly and correctly.
4. The length of one deployment should not be too long (generally 2km), the wiring from the center to both sides of the traction.

Installation
1. Fix the telephone on the bracket with 4 M8 screws, and then fix the bracket on the wall or column, the height of telephone installation is 1.4 meters.
