All kinds of pipelines in the pipeline corridor are complicated, the laying distance is long, the data transmission in such an environment is easy to be lost or interfered, Shenzhen Yuantong has developed a set of SIP VoIP-based fixed emergency communication system for the comprehensive pipeline corridor by taking advantage of the experience in the development and production of domestic and foreign industrial telephones in the fields of highways, railroads, mines, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and electric power accumulated over the past years, which is a set of soft-switching, management and scheduling, outbound, digital recording, call localization and broadcasting and shouting.

1. System components

The fixed communication system consists of softswitch servers, network switches, dispatching consoles, dispatching phones, IP network phones, etc. Its composition and connection diagram are shown below:

As shown in the figure above, we install our own products in the monitoring center IP core scheduling server, dispatch console, intercom broadcasting alarm microphone, equipment access monitoring center network. Installation of industrial-grade IP network phones in the pipeline corridor, the use of existing LAN communication in the pipeline corridor, a phone failure will not affect the normal work of other phones, the gas chamber needs to use explosion-proof products.

3. Main functions of the system

1)Visualized scheduling graphical interface can effectively view the various states of the management of telephone terminals including registration status, call status, business status, etc. The console software runs on WIN 7 and above operating system platforms, and the interface design is compatible with the touch screen, and adopts the split-screen technology, which can be displayed on multiple screens.

2) The console software can visualize the grouping and status of each telephone terminal, and can realize the scheduling functions such as calling, transferring, forcibly inserting, forcibly dismantling, listening, broadcasting, telephone recording, telephony and conferencing, etc., and provide interface protocols to realize the linkage function with other systems.

3) IP core scheduling server takes the standard SIP protocol as the core, supports the third-party equipment access, external line access, supports the international standard G.722 wide-band voice coding, and combines with the unique echo cancellation technology to provide high-fidelity, high-definition sound quality.

4) IP core scheduling server adopts linux operating system, supports 5000 terminals access, 400 simultaneous calls, to ensure long-term safe and reliable operation of the system.

5) All telephones are registered to the IP core scheduling server, and the office telephones of the management center can also be accessed to the system, and the downtime of the management workstation installed with the console software will not affect the normal use of the system.

6) The telephone adopts integrated design to ensure the simplicity, beauty, reliability and convenience of construction and maintenance of the telephone, aluminum alloy material protection level IP67.

7) The phone needs to have a protective front cover to ensure that the equipment is placed and used for a long time after the handle, buttons, indicators and other components without dust and dirt.
